Bristol Harbourside Phase 2

This phase of the development will once again be of mixed use and will include office, retail, food and drink, leisure and housing.

The site fronts Anchor Road to the west of Canon’s Way to the junction with Lime Kiln Road at Capricorn Quay and back east along the waterfront to the HBOS building. At the far western point of the site there are two buildings of historical interest that carry preservation orders and are being retained externally as part of the development.
