This is the first phase of the wider Weston Area Framework Development. Locking Parklands is a mixed use development transforming the former Royal Air Force site at Weston into employment and accommodation units.
Targeting a range of businesses including research and development and innovation companies as well as public sector organisations, the site will provide 25Ha of employment space.
