This is the first phase of the wider Weston Area Framework Development. Locking Parklands is a mixed use development transforming the former Royal Air Force site at Weston into employment and accommodation units.
Targeting a range of businesses including research and development and innovation companies as well as public sector organisations, the site will provide 25Ha of employment space.
There will also be an innovation centre, tailored to the needs of smaller start-up businesses that will benefit from the expertise and knowledge of neighbouring companies.
