Locking Parklands

This is a mixed use development transforming a former Royal Air Force site for employment, accommodation and support services use. Targeting a range of businesses including research and development and innovation companies as well as public sector organisations, the site will provide 25Ha of employment space with capacity for buildings of 1,000 to 100,000 sq ft.

The first high tech employer attracted to the site is Oxford Instruments Plasma Technology Ltd who will occupy a 5,000 sq m site increasing its full time workforce to 184.

Locking Parklands will also include an innovation centre, which is tailored to the needs of smaller start-up businesses that will benefit from the expertise and knowledge of neighbouring companies.
