What is Train to Gain?

A wide range of NVQ 2 construction qualifications and other business training is available through this scheme which offers a specialist skills broker who can:

• help carry out an Organisational Needs Analysis, to highlight any skills gaps within the business

• recommend appropriate training solutions in the form of a Training Action Plan

• give advice and help in finding an appropriate training provider

• assist in applying for funding to fully or partially cover the costs

• provide on-going advice and support.
