South Bristol

Bristol is expected to need to accommodate around 27,000 new homes over the next 20 years and South Bristol has been identified as one of the key areas in the sub region with the capacity to benefit from this growth. The area has also been identified as one of three key Regeneration Zones in the emerging Regeneration Strategy for the city.
