The £360m scheme includes the development of nine acres in the heart of the city offering retail and leisure space, housing, basement parking along with £13m investment in a new bus station and £6.5m investment at Bath Spa Railway Station.
This is a phased development with units of shops/restaurants opening in three stages - Autumn 2009, Spring 2010 and Autumn 2010.
