Temple Quarter

The Temple Quarter development will provide offices, waterfront bars and restaurants, retail and housing. The site covers the area bounded by the north bank of the floating harbour to the east of Valentine Bridge as far as Oxford Street, taking in part of New Kingsley Road to the north to the junction with Kilkenny Street eastward to Oxford Street.

Barratt Homes has purchased part of the site and will provide around 300 residential units in a mix of townhouses and apartments. This development is already well under construction.

Work has started on the first and largest office building which will house Burges Salmon.
